Naming Compound Review 21/1

As everthing is coming back to the basic, "Naming Compound". It is possible to love it more.. : )
There are two different group of compound~

Ionic and Covalent,
Ionic (metal and NON - metal)  ;  Covalent (NON-metal and NON-metal)

Ionic naming RULE:
  • Second Element change the suffix into ( ide )  "EX, Chlorine > Chloride ; Oxygen > Oxide"
  • Th Roman numerals are included in the name of compound, which is the "CHARGE" of the element, basically, "what charge does the element use"

Covalent naming RULE:
- Second Element change the suffix into (ide) < same as Ionic compound : )
- No prefix is used if there is just one atom of the first element, otherwise, use it  : )
Ex. CO2 > Carbon dioxide
      S2O5 > disurphide pentaoxide

Element song, if this song is in my head for another 2 days, I am going to be so mad.......
